I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it would have been nice to have a bar in the building and an extra blanket in the closet. However, having a chair for relaxing, better lighting, and a bathroom hook would have enhanced the experience.

The service was so welcoming and attentive, from the valet to the front desk to the maids. They were very friendly and helpful, but the service was pretty pricey.

The location was clean and great for our purpose of stay. It was convenient to get to meetings, transit, and places to get dinner. However, the room didn't have a door to close it off from the main room, which caused some disturbance. The valet attendants were the best part, nice and knowledgeable of the downtown area.

The dining was incredible. Hilary overseeing the area provided a contemporary menu with yummy made-to-order hot bowl options. However, the dining was not free and seemed overpriced in my opinion.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasing. The rooms were very accommodating and comfortable, with a good range of amenities. However, there were some issues with the room allocation and cleanliness. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, being close to various attractions, though some areas seemed run-down.
